- Installing WAMP5 & Joomla (15 minutes)
- Installing WAMP5 locally
- Uncompressing and moving Joomla files to \WAMP\www folder
- Creating a MySql Database (15 minutes)
- Using the WAMP5 menu to go to phpMyAdmin
- Name and create a database
